The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Mutual of Omaha is a good place to start when you need extra support. Trained professionals are available to assist with family, personal, work-related issues or substance abuse issues 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Depending on your situation, you are eligible to receive up to three (3) in-person sessions with a counselor for short-term issues at no cost and regardless of participation in other benefit programs.


If you have a long-term issue, OneOncology's medical plan covers mental health and substance abuse as well. If you are enrolled in a OneOncology medical plan, call Included Health to discuss your provider options. Note that any services provided through the medical plan are subject to deductibles, coinsurance and copays as applicable.
