OneOncology offers a 401(k) retirement plan through Sentinel Benefits & Financial Group.

Participation

You are eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan effective the first of the month following two (2) months of service. You will be able to contribute up to annually. You have the choice of making contributions on a pre-tax basis or post-tax basis.

2025 401(k) limits

  • Standard employee deferral: $23,500.
  • Ages 50–59 and 64+ catch-up: An additional $7,500, for a total of $31,000.
  • Ages 60–63 enhanced catch-up: An additional $11,250, for a total of $34,750.

2026 401(k) limits
  • Projected standard employee deferral: $24,500.
  • Projected Ages 50+ catch-up: An additional $8,000, for a total of $32,500.
  • Projected Ages 60–63 enhanced catch-up: $11,500.
  • Projected total contributions (employee + employer): $72,000

If you do not make a 401(k) contribution election, you will be automatically enrolled to contribute 3% pre-tax. This contribution will auto-escalate 1% every year until you reach a 5% pre-tax contribution. If you do not want to make any contributions to the 401(k), you must go to the Sentinel Benefits & Financial Group website and make a $0 or 0% election.
