The Employee Assistance Plan is a confidential counseling service for employees and dependents.

Licensed Professional Counselors are available to assist with stress, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, anger, grief, loss, job stress, parenting problems, and more.

Work/Life Specialists are also available to assist with questions about child care, elder care, financial services and debt management, identity theft, legal questions (restrictions may apply), reducing medical/dental bills, and more. Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

EAP services are available at no cost to all benefit eligible employees and their spouses or domestic partners and dependents (children and/or parents). Each eligible employee and dependent also has access to up to three (3) in person sessions with a Licensed Professional Counselor for short-term issues. Counselors may refer those they meet with to resources within their community for ongoing support.
