OneOncology: Where Independent Practices Thrive

Why Practices Choose Partnership, Excellence, and Independence

2025 was OneOncology’s strongest year of growth, again.

OneOncology stands apart not as a traditional MSO, but as a true partnership of community-based providers. Practices join because of the depth of expertise and support behind them once they begin this partnership. Across OneOncology, teams work side-by-side with practices every day: anticipating needs, solving problems, and building to drive long-term success and value for patients. The focus is squarely on delivering exceptional services to practice partners. The caliber of practices that joined us this past year speaks volumes.

Through business development and physician recruiting efforts, in 2025, more than 350 physicians joined OneOncology or United Urology Group practices partners. This growth included the addition of exceptional groups such as New York Oncology Hematology in upstate New York, Cancer Specialists of North Florida in Jacksonville, START in San Antonio, and SunState Medical Specialists in Florida, along with continued recruitment and expansion across our existing network. Physicians are choosing to join the OneOncology partnership for a reason.

OneOncology doesn’t strive for “good,” rather the focus is on excellence. Nowhere was that more evident than in the past year. In just twelve months, OneOncology expanded its ability to deliver high-value care in the communities where patients live. The MSO invested in clinical leadership and innovation to bring cutting-edge treatments into the community setting. And we continued to build platform services shaped directly by practices feedback and real-world needs.

OneOncology’s focus is operational excellence, shared infrastructure, technology-enabled data ecosystems, clinical integration, and patient engagement. We invest extensively in our practices so they can deliver the highest-value care through a truly integrated delivery platform.

That is why practices join OneOncology — and why they will continue to do so.
