How do I sign up?
To join, just click on the registration button located on the left hand side of any page. Once you submit your practice information, a member of the OneTeam will contact you to complete your registration.

Is there a cost to use OneOncology?
No. It is free to register your practice with OneOncology. There are no hidden costs or fees to access and complete your online purchases.

How are prices determined?
Practices submit purchasing information and current drug pricing during the registration process. Oncology practice drug orders are then aggregated and the line-item drug price is determined by the open market.

What about pedigree issues and product integrity?
The FDA sets standards on all NDC coded products. There will be no difference in products received. All qualified suppliers must be able to document product pedigree for all products sold to practices as required by applicable state and federal laws.

What can I expect to save through OneOncology?
Savings may vary, but you can expect to reduce costs on certain drug line-items as determined by the open market. Additionally, you can expect to save staff time spent on drug shopping by using our web-based ordering system.

Is there a limit to the number of individuals from my practice that can become site members?
No. The site permits a limitless number of individuals from your practice to register. However, we recommend oncology practices limit how many people are authorized to place an order.

How will OneOncology impact my existing industry relationships?
There are naturally certain companies you prefer to do business with for various reasons. Our members can still continue existing relationships and have access to the streamlined and efficient advantages of the OneOncology web-based system.

Are the site's activities only open to U.S. buyers?
Only buyers with valid U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency numbers and Medical Licenses, as well as class of trade qualifications, are eligible to order and buy pharmaceutical products through the OneOncology website. All products offered for an event via OneOncology are required to meet the U.S. pedigree laws for product integrity.

Which pharmaceutical products can I buy through the OneOncology site?
OneOncology is your single source for all oncology pharmaceuticals. Contact us about our complete list of products.

How do I order products?
Simply log into your personalized home page and click on the button for posting a new order. Select the individual drug line-items you wish to order and check out using our secure online system. You will be able to monitor the progress of your outstanding orders from your personalized home page.

Am I required to purchase from the winning supplier?
If the winning supplier's price on a line-item drug is lower than your current pricing, you are required to purchase that drug through OneOncology. We rigorously pre-qualify all registered suppliers to assure quality assurance. We will also monitor your satisfaction through your feedback on our Web site.

How will manufacturer rebates be affected?
Rebates will not be impacted. Manufacturers will continue to receive drug purchase information from the suppliers that fulfill OneOncology orders.

What do I do with my inventory management system?
Depending on how you currently use your system our staff can assist you to determine the inventory management solution that optimizes workflow, saves money and minimizes disruption to your practice. OneOncology�s inventory system is free and web-based, can be tied to auto-ordering and reporting, and can work with your existing system as well as multiple locations.

Is OneOncology affiliated with any particular manufacturer, supplier or group purchasing organization?
No. OneOncology is not affiliated or owned, in whole or in part, with or by, any firm or individual in the pharmaceutical supplier, manufacturer, GPO, physician practice or insurance industry.
