As we begin the second quarter, OneOncology continues to gain traction on many fronts. We remain focused on creating an open and dynamic oncology market that benefits practices, physicians, distributors, payers and manufacturers and helps ensure that access to community cancer care survives. We are excited about the opportunity to transform our space with integrity, technology and transparency.

New leadership produces growth and greater strength to our team. We are pleased to welcome Rick Mafrica, who brings 24 years of commercial healthcare industry experience much of it in oncology, to our company. He joins us as Chief Business Officer and Vice President.

New funding also supports our development. Our recent financing will advance our mission into 2009 and beyond as we work to align the market to produce efficiency, transparency and trust in oncology drug pricing. We remain committed to enabling access to competitive pricing for patients and their physicians, small and large practices alike.

An open dialogue creates transparency. OneOncology will continue to provide additional webcasts on significant topics and trends in the oncology market. You can find past webcasts at www.OneOncology.com, and we will soon announce new topics and guest speakers for upcoming events.

As a sponsor at several oncology conferences this spring such as ACCC in Baltimore and MGMA/AOHA in Orlando, we enjoyed talking with many of you. We look forward to meeting more of you at ASCO in Chicago this summer and discussing the best ways to unite the oncology market and bring transparency to the process.
